Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nasomu LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through this website, and how you can contact us with privacy questions or requests.

Effective date: September 26, 2026Last updated: September 26, 2026

The short version. We collect information you choose to provide through our contact and career inquiry channels, together with limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website. We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage business communications, maintain website security, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. For questions or privacy requests, contact info@nasomu.com.

Who we are

Nasomu LLC ("Nasomu," "we," "us") is a technology company located in Berryville, Virginia 22611, United States. Nasomu LLC is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to info@nasomu.com.

Information we collect

Information you submit: when you use our contact form — including to request a consultation or to send a career inquiry — we collect your name, organization (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the service area you select, your message, any résumé or profile link you choose to include, and the website page from which you sent the form. Name, email, service area, and message are required; organization and phone are optional. The site does not offer file uploads or a separate job application form.

Information collected automatically: our hosting and website infrastructure processes technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, and timestamps. This data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and troubleshoot problems.

Spam protection: the contact form uses a hidden field and limits on how many messages can be sent in a period of time. These checks use the information in your submission; we do not use a third-party spam or CAPTCHA service.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, financial account data, or health information) through this website.

Cookies and tracking

Based on our review of the site, it does not currently use analytics services, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or embedded third-party content such as videos or social media widgets. Any cookies or similar browser storage used are those needed for the site to function. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Google when a page loads. See our Cookie Policy for details.

If we add analytics or other optional tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy and provide any consent or opt-out choices required by applicable law.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries and consultation requests, evaluate business opportunities and career inquiries, manage business communications and records, operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use it for behavioral profiling, targeted advertising, or automated employment decisions.

How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers that host and secure the website, store form submissions, deliver email, and provide web fonts process information on our behalf for these business purposes. We may also disclose personal information as needed to: professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants; authorities when required by law or legal process; others when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property; and a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. For example, the website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, form submissions are checked on our servers, and access to submitted inquiries is limited to signed-in Nasomu personnel using company accounts.

No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us. Please do not submit classified, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or export-controlled information through this website.

Data breach notification

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate it and provide notifications to affected individuals and authorities when and as required by applicable law, including Virginia law. Notification requirements and timing depend on the circumstances and the laws that apply.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, and recordkeeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to Nasomu, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. Not every right applies to every person, and rights may be subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law.

To make a request, email info@nasomu.com with a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. We will respond as required by applicable law. In some cases we may be unable to fulfill a request in full — for example, where we must keep information for legal or recordkeeping reasons — and we will explain why when we can.

If we decline your request and applicable law gives you a right to appeal, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@nasomu.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We will review the appeal and respond as required by applicable law.

International visitors

Nasomu is based in the United States, and our website providers process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Protections may differ depending on where you are located. If the data protection laws of your country apply to our processing of your information, you may have rights under those laws.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will investigate and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law, which may include deleting it.

Email communications

We use the email address you submit to reply to your inquiry and for related follow-up. Nasomu does not currently send marketing email from website submissions. If we do in the future, those messages will include an unsubscribe option where required, and we will honor opt-out requests as required by law.

Do Not Track

The website does not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. Because the site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, these signals do not currently change how the site operates. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable privacy laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable laws change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes will be noted on this page.
