Pay, classification, and at-will employment
Positions are classified as exempt or non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and non-exempt employees are paid overtime as required. Compensation is set on job-related factors, and pay ranges are disclosed where state or local law requires. Employment with Nasomu is at will: either the employee or the company may end it at any time, with or without cause or notice. Any benefits are governed by the applicable plan documents.
